Genomic-SSR
Note:Genomic_SSR markers based on known sugarcane sequences were deposited in the SGD. Compared with traditional methods, the SGD has adapted a simple channel to identify SSRs from sugarcane sequences. A pipeline in Perl script was used to find the SSR loci and then to develop the SSR. Search sugarcane SSR primers by chromosome, the start and the end position in the genome sequence.
